Abstract

The formation is widely found in the studied area. It is mainly distributed in salty and saline soils. Dominant of the formation - Petrosimonia brachiata Pall Bunge. - It is an annual plant, branched from the base, 5-40 cm high, first hairy, then bare. Leaves are up to 4 cm long, linear, opposite, obtuse, usually arcuate. Flowers are located on shortened spikes. The vegetation period starts from April, it blooms and bears fruit until November. The formation is represented by 7 associations: a) Petrosimonia brachiata; b) Petrosimonia brachiata–Salsola dendroides; s) Petrosimonia brachiata+Climacoptera crassa; d) Petrosimonia brachiata+Suaeda confusa; e) Petrosimonia brachiata-Ceratocarpus arenarius; ə) Petrosimonia brachiata-Halanthium rariphlorum; f) Petrosimonia brachiata+Atriplex tatariica+ Salicornia europaea. Petrosimonieta brachiata, the dominant species of the formation, is present in all groups of annual sorghum deserts. The species composition consists of 18 plants, the project cover is 40-50%.
