Abstract

Morus Nigra L. is popularly known as "black mulberry". This fruit, which belongs to the Oraceae family, grows especially in regions such as Asia, Europe and North America. Morus nigra is generally used in making sugar, sherbet and marmalade. GC-MS gas chromatography/mass spectrophotometry is the combination of two powerful techniques. Gas chromatography separates the components in the mixture and mass spectroscopy is used to structurally identify each component. Chemical components were determinated for the morus nigra L. extract, the inhibitory activities of these chemicals against the Crystal structure of Prostate cancer protein (PDB ID: 3A99 and 3RUK) downloaded from the Protein Data Bank site were compared.
