– The In the burgeoning digital landscape, where applications govern our daily interactions, delivering a seamless and high-quality experience is paramount. However, ensuring Quality of Service (QoS) at the application layer presents unique challenges. Traditional network-level QoS mechanisms often fall short when grappling with dynamic application demands and heterogeneous user contexts. This review paper delves into the burgeoning field of AI/ML-powered QoS at the application layer, exploring its potential to revolutionize the way we manage and deliver critical services.
