Student’s Perception Towards Human Resources Management Module Among Business Operation Certificate In College Community Bandar Penawar

The primary objective of this study is to explore how students perceive the usage of human resource management module in the teaching and learning process. Given the difficulties presented by the Covid-19 epidemic, more interesting and successful teaching methods are needed. This has prompted an investigation into what the students think about the usage of modules as a modern replacement. Consequently, an innovation leveraging module has been established in order to spark students' interest in and draw their attention to every Human Resource Management issue. Human resource management are a subject which is one of the required courses for students enrolled in the College Community Business Operation Certificate Program. A total of 31 students from Semester 1 to Semester 3 Certificate in Business Operation were selected as respondents. The design of this research was quantitative descriptive with survey approach. The questionnaire of this study consisted of 12 questions related to students’ perceptions towards human resources management module topic in the teaching and learning process.
