As a result of the literature review, it is seen that there is no study that evaluates financial wellbeing, mental well-being and shopping well-being simultaneously in the same study and tries to explain the relationships among these three factors. The aim of this study is to examine whether mental wellbeing has a mediating role in the effect of consumers' financial well-being on their shopping well-being. For this aim, data were collected from 240 consumers through an online survey. According to the structural equation modeling results, although financial well-being has a direct positive and significant effect on mental well-being, the direct effect of financial well-being on shopping well-being is not significant. However, according to the process macro result, financial well-being has an indirect positive and significant effect on shopping well-being, thanks to the mediating role of mental well-being. The results of the study were discussed.
